DRCs & Registry

New Diabetes Resource Centers (DRCs) in the selected healthcare system will be established while the existing ones refurbished to  strengthen diabetes care for people living with type 1 diabetes. 

A diabetes registry will be established to analyse diabetes care and compare diabetes outcomes for future improvements and recommendations. This registry will be sustainable to provide continuous long term data to improve quality of care for type 1 diabetes in Malaysia.
