We recognize that glucose monitoring is an integral management in a Type 1 diabetes patient. We are committed to provide every child or young adult enrolled into the Changing Diabetes in Children (CDiC) project a glucometer and supplies of glucose test strips and lancets to help them monitor their glucose control. Together we will break the barrier to get all our Type 1 diabetes patients into control.
